My passion for the future of mobility goes back to when I joined the SpaceX Hyperloop competition as Chief Design Engineer and led my team to 2nd place. At the SpaceX headquarters in California, I got the chance to meet with Elon Musk and his engineers to discuss the future of mobility (and even get my Pod design signed by Elon).

Since then, I've consulted Fortune 500 leaders on customer experience (including Samsung omni-channel and CJ E-commerce strategy projects in Korea) driving improvements across the customer journey, and delivered mobility innovations such as “Uber for Port” in Singapore.

As a CX and innovation strategy leader, I set bold visions, empower teams, and dive hands-on into "factory floor" problem-solving to tackle critical challenges. With my automotive expertise, Korean market insights, and cross-industry CX best practices, I'm eager to step into a strategic role.
